At Specialdepartmen, we take pride in creating beautiful handmade cards and printed materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Custom Orders

Since our handmade cards and printed materials are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns on personalized items. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we're committed to making things right.

Eligible for Return

You may request a return or refund in the following situations:

  • The cards or printed materials arrived damaged during shipping
  • There was an error in production that does not match your approved design
  • The wrong items were delivered
  • The quality of materials differs significantly from what was promised
  • Items are defective or have printing errors

Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom handmade cards that match the approved design
  • Changes in personal preference after approval
  • Buyer's remorse on custom orders
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Orders that have been used or damaged by the customer

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Describe the problem in detail
  • Allow us 2-3 business days to review your request

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • We may offer a full refund, partial refund, or replacement depending on the situation
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by Specialdepartmen for defective items

Damaged in Shipping

If your handmade cards or printed materials arrive damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • Contact us immediately
  • Keep all original packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or full refund.

Production Errors

If there's an error in the production of your cards that doesn't match your approved design, we will:

  • Reprint your order at no additional cost
  • Expedite the replacement to ensure timely delivery
  • Provide a full refund if reprinting is not satisfactory

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • The order has not yet entered production (typically within 24 hours of placement)
  • Design approval has not been finalized

Once production begins, cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
